| Description | Securing the speedy and appropriate repair and maintenance of customer vehicles and compliance with all the demands placed on a VW/Audi workshop. Securing a high quality of work in the workshop area (deadlines, execution, and billing) in order to observe customers interests. Ensuring that the image of the workshop contributes to the company making a name for itself as the best service provider. Supervise and assist TLs in preparing and giving quotations to the Service advisors, either verbally or in writing. Ensure that all Job Cards and other supporting documents and records are filed in the designated manner after invoicing. Ensuring that TLs take proper care of a customer car who has returned work or who has a complaint on the service rendered and that the same is properly recorded in the Customer Contact process (corrective & preventive actions - customer complaints). Report to the Service Garage Manager with technical and administrative matters Reporting on various matters, as required, to the Service Manager Follow warranty policy, procedure and instructions supplied by warranty manager. |
