1. Handles all requests and issues for teachers and learners. 2. Acts as customer service representative and provides information on all SCE programs to potential clients and learners. 3. Refers learners’ requests/ complaints to appropriate division staff member. 4. Sends a weekly report to supervisor on all complaints received and problems handled. 5. Conducts the periodic folder check and provides the data to ETAD to support ETAD’s quality control function of ensuring continual assessment of learners’ achievement. 6. Conducts learner evaluation of instruction for SCE regular programs as needed. 7. Hands out final exams to all instructors and receives them back with answer sheets. 8. Helps announcing the final course results to students. 9. Responds to routine requests for information by emails.
Bachelor degree in any field. 1-2 years of administrative or office experience.
Any
1 - 2 Years.
Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills. IT skills: proficient in Microsoft applications, email and Internet.
