- Prepares meetings, type and circulate the agenda. - Prepare meetings’ lists that include stationers, refreshments, etc. - Screen manager’s calls schedule and follow up his appointments. - Responsible for continuous supply of stationary for the office. Maintain the office general image, maintenance, and cleanliness. - Perform other duties - outside his/her span of responsibilities - if required by the manager. - Type letters, correspondences and reports. - Establish a filing system that includes all the company’s activities and the supportive departments. Gather, classify, prepare and provide needed data and information for the annual plans and preparation (whether it is long or short-term plans).
- Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Minimum 1-year of experience as a secretary in an industrial company. - Excellent command of the English language. - Excellent computer skills. - Good communication skills. - Ability to analyze and develop plans that achieve objectives.
