| Description | • Receiving commands (sell - purchase - edit - cancel) transcripts, monthly confirmations and review it with the client and the same applies to phone orders, in accordance with the rules of the organization. • Review the transactions after each trading session and communicate it to clients as well as cancellation of orders from the stock market. • Report client orders to the broker and review it thoroughly to avoid errors and follow up customers orders and the stage of implementation on a regular basis. • Follow-up on customers accounts and balances, and notify them of any debit balances arise for payment in accordance with the instructions of the organization. • Assist the client to use all the companys services for example: researches and studies, implementation of financial transactions,subscriptions, operations records... • Stay updated to the new and ongoing information sources of the Stock Exchange, as well as reports and researches issued and communicate them to customers at to assist in taking the right investment decisions. • Achieve sales and marketing goals by marketing the companys services to attract new customers and stimulate those inactive. • Follow-up on credit and risk reports and work on achieving its objectives and requirements. |
| Qualifications | • Must pass the tests assigned by the capital market authority (if any). • Must pass any qualifying tests assigned for the job. • Must have experience in stock market and trading in securities. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure. |
