• Assist and or manage many administrative duties as assigned. • Organize and maintain current and historical files as determined by the Program Manager. • Prepare requisitions and maintain accurate accounting of program spending. • Collect and maintain documentation needed for EIP activities. • Dispense, disseminate or route departmental, campus and external communications to appropriate individuals, groups or departments. • Updating EIP documents and promotional materials • Promoting programs’ activities in and off campus • Responding/ following up the response to enquiries and ensuring a high quality service • Handling complaints and ensuring that systems are reviewed to avoid recurrence • Following procedures and obtaining approvals and/or reviews as needed or applicable to ensure a smooth day to day running of programs
Education: • Bachelor’s degree is required in a related administration field. Experience: • Four to six years of relevant experience in the administration field. • Knowledge of AUC budget, accounting and HR systems & policies is a plus. Skills: • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to work as part of a team. • Ability to work well with service departments. • Advanced Office Computing skills. • Good management & organizational skills
