•Working on the recruitment process to fill all open positions. •Expanding recruitment channels. •Executing market visits in order to hire suitable candidates compatible with our industry. •Interviewing candidates and preparing a short list for the Human Resources manager. •Receiving and maintaining the hiring documents for new hires to be easily retrieved. •Handling the social insurance and labor office inspection visits, provide inspectors with the documents needed and facilitate their mission. •Communicating with the labor and social insurance office to resolve any problems and ensuring the hiring process is consistent with labor laws and regulations. •Preparing the related official documents for termination or resigned employees. •Preparing the needed data for payroll preparation such as attendance, absence and other relevant data and submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis.• Evaluating and verifying employees’ performance through review of completed work assignments as documented by their line managers Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures training is obtained. •Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the company’s and the individual’s needs.
-Excellent command of English -Min.3 years of work experience at the same position. -Excellent command of computer skills. -Excellent communication skills -Flexible -Dynamic
