| Description | you are responsible for the drafting, implementation and monitoring of protocols and partnership agreements and contract enforcement (providers, insurance companies, customers, partners ...). You are also responsible for monitoring the statutory and legal requirements (Board of directors meeting, General assembly meeting ordinary & extraordinary and monitoring and optimizing the Companys relationship with the lawyers advice in terms of efficiency and promptness of their response. Follow up with the external lawyers the outstanding court cases . By bringing your expertise, you play an advisory role internally to the management and operational branches, conducting studies, assignments and projects. Generally, you ensure a satisfactory level of information against the development of legislation in force, monitoring and evaluating changes in Egyptian law that may affect our business. |
