Implement, develop and update policies, procedures and regulations of operating systems, hygiene, security, health and safety of the storage process according to work needs - Manage & control all the warehouse operations through manual, automated and / or computerized systems - Supervise all incoming and outgoing materials from the warehouses and direct them to related clients/departments - Planning future capacity requirements - Assist in planning for raw materials in coordination with other departments - Provide all necessary requirements to ensure proper flow of warehouse operations and keep proper flow of products and continuous update in relevant records - Control materials inventory and stock levels - Responsible for reporting ; producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; Define and maintain the required procedures for storing products in the warehouses maintaining its safety, integrity and quality from the time of receipt till the time of issuance as per company policy - Develop and execute an effective procedure for eliminating products loss and damage as well as the procedures of handling the obsolete and slow moving items with related functions (Sales and Finance)
University Degree in accounting, business or related field - At least 5 years of experience in Warehousing - Excellent knowledge of MS office applications.
