*Answers calls from customers in process of installation inquiring about their DSL line status. *Places calls to customers to provide them with updates of their line status. *Opens CRM ticket to document the incoming call. *Communicates with other departments involved in the DSL cycle for updates. *Monitors Score *CRM *Follows up with customer until problem is solved.
*Bachelor degree *Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position *Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic. *Crisis management *Time management *Creativity *Effective Negotiation Skills *Customer Focus *Stress Management skills
