Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and electronically. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Research questions and solutions using available information resources. Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, hubs and switches.  Build and Install LAN cables in the organization. Repair and upgrade different types of computers (software and hardware) Be ready to assist and advice end-users in any IT related problems. Follow standard help desk procedures. Log all help desk interactions. Administer help desk software when available. Keep track of IT inventory list (IT supplies and equipment). Prepare and provide IT activity reports. Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology. MCSA is a must. MCSE & CCNA background is preferable. Minimum Experience 1-2 years.
