Full Time
Technical Support •Gather customer information •Determine the customer issue •Resolve Level 1 issues •Escalate to Level 2 for bugs, code problems, unknown server to server issues •Support Level 2 to resolve issues and bugs •Analyse reporting problems and raise reporting bugs • Verification of proper hardware and software set up •QA new implementations Account Management Support •Resolving username and password problems •Report set-up, production and distribution •Sales decks production •Syndication partner tracking and reporting •Gathering and documenting product enhancement requests •Analysis and research •Policing ad network for bad ads, process ad blocking and ad takedown
•Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline •Advanced understanding of the uses and integration of XML and HTML • Demonstrated experience with TCP/IP networking and DNS •Server-side scripting (PHP, Java, Perl) •Communicating and presenting to various audiences •Fast learner and ability to work on multiple projects •Strong customer service and presentation skills •Strong time management and organizational skill • Database management (MySQL) • Some knowledge of front-end technologies: oAdobe Flash CS4 and Action Script (version 2 and 3) oDHTML web programming/design (xHTML, Javascript, CSS, DOM) and design principles
Computer Engineering
1 - 2 Years.
Desirable •1 – 2 years experience in technical account management/technical support, utilising Internet technologies • Working experience in an advertising operations team or an online marketing/media environment •Fluent in any one of these languages in addition to Arabic and English: – French, German, Spanish, Italian (medium level in read, write and speak)
