Description
1. The ESTP is an entry-level training and development program for talented university graduates interested in a career in the international transportation industry.
2. It is very important that you learn quickly and thoroughly during your developmental assignments and that you take on as many of the tasks assigned to you.
3. Your progress during the entire program will be measured by formal appraisal and feedback processes, such as periodic assessments, written reports, functional manager/ supervisor / mentor feedback and evaluations by course instructors.
4. For the most part of the time, your learning will come from “handson” activities in the job you are assigned to.
5. It is very important to ensure that reports and assessment forms are completed and submitted in a timely fashion to your respective managers.
