• Build, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Responsible for database creation and expanding in all territories assigned by the management
• Responsible for all new clients’ communications and initial calls
• Responsible for qualifying the new prospects and feeding the pipeline accordingly
• Schedule appointments for account manager to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend presentations.
• Explain products and services, and answer questions from customers
• Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
• Record names, addresses, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Reports to the Sales Manager , providing regular input on all prospects/ customers activity, including status and call reports on a daily basis.
• Proven Sales skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Experience in telesales is a plus
• Detail oriented
• Motivated and goal oriented
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
