Description
Under the authority of the Executive HR Director, he/she will be in charge of the :
• compensation & benefits
• personnel activities
• Definition and implementation of the annual training plan and internal communication actions.
• Internal communication :manage and delivers internal communication, in accordance with the subsidiary and Group HR policy ,draft the internal communication plan

Qualifications
• A HR graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of Experience in an HR development position .
• Excellent knowledge of HR operational activities like recruitment techniques, development and retention tools
• Excellent coordination, problem solving and result oriented skills
