• May be an assistant sales team in determining client needs and customizing a training class.
• Instruction of management courses.
• Planning, coordinating and conducting in-center or client-site training.
• Planning, coordinating and preparing all course material.
• Providing training in your area of expertise for sales team and fellow Instructors.
If you are interested to develop training material and love to teach and get satisfaction from helping others earn their management certifications, you may be a candidate for this career opportunity. The candidate for this position will have little experience teaching management classes, preferably in a formal training environment. The ideal candidate will:
• Have a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Have superior presentation and communication skills.
• Have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing standards.
• Work well in a team environment and enjoy helping others learn.
• Must be committed to continuing education with the latest standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must show a strong ability to communicate both in speaking and writing.
• Ability to prepare and deliver management proposals, demos, presentations, and technical material.
• Must be marketing oriented.
• Good customer relationship.
Education Major
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred
1-year of classroom training experience including courseware development
