Description
Responsible for: Coordination & organization for projects planning and follow-up and tracking of projects execution. Proactively coordinating projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes cross departments activities involved in the project. Controls schedules & budgets. Coordinate meetings including prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables. Compile summary reports to present project status and be of help and supports to PM in decision of re-planning when required. File and organize all project documents (hard and soft copies). Ensuring that the requirements of and/or instructions given by the client on all architectural issues are incorporated in the project documents i.e. Drawings or specifications.
Qualifications
Construction knowledge and ability to read and understand architectural and engineering plans. Proficiency in using MS Project, MS Office, Primavera (P3&P6), AutoCAD and Internet is a must. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written in both Arabic & English languages. Problem solving, creative design, hard worker and team work skills. Ability to manage multiple issues concurrently.
