Description
§Maintain and build suppliers pool and analyze supplier
§Receive and analyze purchase requests prior to commitment to ensure they are in accordance with policies and procedures and they are not already a stocked items and
§Locate vendors of materials or supplies and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales
§Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
§Sending purchase orders to suppliers and receiving suppliers’ invoices
§Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
§Respond to supplier inquiries about order status changes or cancellations.
§Issue purchase report reflecting the status of purchase orders opened and closed ones.

Qualifications
§Must have 2 - 3 years in Purchasing
§Must have a Driving License.
§Excellent in Ms Office (Word, Excel).
§Must have a Driving License.
