Description
• Propose and implement work processes, procedures in compliance with the company’s engineering.
• Prepare and manage the approval process in accordance with the Guidelines for Capital Investment.
• Ensure that all assets are well designed and meet the business requirements through applying new technologies. Provide installations that are easy to clean. Ensure that the design is directed towards a low cost, highly efficient and flexible operation.
• Ensure safe work sites at all times. Ensure that the scope, deliverables, performance and milestones are clearly detailed and agreed up. Prepare a project progress report on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that the project scope is fulfilled and in line with the client's expectations. Ensure that the operating, maintenance and cleaning staff is effectively trained. Ensure that the client gets a comprehensive project file with all the necessary drawings, manuals, certificates, updated asset register, etc., in including the final project report.
• Register the asset in the company’s Network after getting approval of Production, Quality and Marketing.
