A Consultancy company located in Maadi (Cairo) is looking for an Executive Admin Assistant at:

Job Location: Maadi, Egypt


Job Outline:

The targeted profile should be able to execute the below listed tasks

- Office Administration (documentation, records keeping, filing and stationary supplies)

- Meetings schedule/calendar management.

- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and business correspondences.

- Events management and logistics handeling.

- Travel and hospitality arrangements.

Job Requirements:

- Experience with same position.

- University graduate with fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

- PC power user (MS Office applications & internet).

- Presentable and able to handle Executive level requirements.
