Logistics senior specialist is urgently required for a leading Agriculture Production & livestock well known company In Egypt with more than 7770 Hectare of agriculture & Dairy farms aiming to be the first in organic agriculture & dairy production in the middle East.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Negotiating with warehouse operators, insurance company representatives, and carrier for preferential rates and services.
Compline safety and health procedures among transport staff along through direct manager.
Analyzing logistical problems, developing new solutions and increasing business growth by winning new contracts.
Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure that the flow of materials remain unhampered.
Ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials.
Follow up all delivery terms concerning to Raw materials and finish product.
Proceed with order delivery either for inbound or outbound.
Open direct communication channel with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Give internal support to all internal customers, e.g. “commercial – purchasing – finance …etc.”
Manage complains along with customers and suppliers handling process
Manage logistics operations and part of total SCM to achieve and increase operation excellence

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor Degree.
At least 3 to 4 years of Logistics experience (2 years in an FMCG company).
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office Applications:
Very Good Excel Very Good Word Very Good Outlook
SAP is must.
