	Being responsible for managing the resources (manpower, PM, SFG) to meet the production plan
	Being responsible for ensuring discipline, quality standards, GMP, and adherence to rules and procedures in production halls
	Building Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
	Monitoring usage of utilities to ensure efficiency of operations
	Ensuring operations are run at minimum losses
	Ensuring workers are trained to do their work
Qualifications	Graduate
Gender	Female
Education major	Faculty of Agriculture
Experience	Fresh grad. One year experience in the same field and a supervisory position is preferable
