job title : Technical support Engineer
Job description :
• Setting up the LAN and WAN Infrastructure.
• Suggest IT short and long term plans that ensure stability of IT operations.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform on-site and remote technical support for organization branches and for company clients
• Report to IT manager.
Job requirement :
* MCSE or MCITP and certification or job experience
* Prefare have CCNA voice certfication or job experience
* Degree qualification or equivalent experience
* Design and help build up computer network systems (cabling, switches, wireless, TCP IP, VPN, MPLS technology IPT, VOIP, etc.)
* Expected to troubleshoot and provide timely solutions for any problem in the system
