Job Description:
•Organize CEOs agenda.
•Follow up on the main points raised during the monthly Top management meetings.

•Organized meetings and taking minutes of these meetings.
•Filing and sorting of important documentations, managerial decisions, memos, etc both soft & hard copies.
•Properly receiving and hosting CEOs visitors and incoming calls.
•Drafting and follow up CEOs incoming and outgoing letters, correspondences and e-mails.
•Responsible of CEO travel itinerary; travel arrangements, accommodation, bookings, etc.
•Preparation of CEOs meetings such as relevant documents and special arrangements.
Qualifications:
•University degree
•Fluency in English (written and verbal communication).
•PC literacy, excellent knowledge of the MS Office software.
•1-2 years of hands-on experience at similar position.
•Accuracy, focus and work coordination.
•Communication skills in dealing with individuals.
•Personal attributes: strong personality -resilience - smart – presentable – active listener.
