• Troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Installing Microsoft Operating systems.

• Excellent knowledge with windows operating system.
• Very good knowledge with desktop and Workstation Hardware.
• Good knowledge with Cisco Networking.
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Servers.
• Basic knowledge with printers and copiers issues.
