Urgently Needed for a multinational Company an HR – Assistant Manager.

Job Requirements:

• From 5-8 overall years of experience.
• At least 3 years’ local experience of working at Cairo/any other location in Egypt.
• At least 3 years’ experience in HR Operations (management of leaves, attendance, payroll, grievances etc.).
• Should have done recruitment at least for about one year.
• Should have good knowledge of local HR legislation.
• Should have a local network to help identify competitive vendors.

Educational Qualifications :

• Post Graduate Diploma/ degree in Human Resources or related discipline is a must.
• Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications .

Job Description :

• Management of leaves, attendance and employee records.
• Issuing of offer letters, experience letters, salary slips etc.
• Carrying out joining formalities and providing employees with a basic download of employee policies and benefits.
• Sourcing resumes from portals for positions at all levels.
• Initial screening of profiles based on job description and company fitment.
• Management of relationship with vendors for recruitment, training or any other benchmarking study for the region.
• Sending Employee reports to corporate office and keeping reporting manager posted of any employee grievances.
• Coordination for Induction/Training programs organized by the vendors.
