-Description:
1- Responsible for payroll implementation
2- Prepare & maintain the master files for salaries and personnel in the payroll system/sheets
3- Process the payroll on a monthly basis with all its entries, and variables
4- Apply applicable taxes on the payroll and ensure compliance with any statutory laws
5- Manage the interface of the attendance system with the payroll and ensure completeness
6- Handle workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
7- Handle queries relating to monthly payroll from individual businesses
8- Process the final settlement of leaving employee
9- Develop and implement different benefits programs
10- Follow up on the medical and life insurance with the service provider
-Qualifications: University Graduate is a must. HR Diploma or Professional Certificate is an advantage
-Gender: Any
- Experience: 2-3 Years of experience in payroll processing mainly, with ability to manually process payroll on MS. Excel sheets.
- Other Skills: Very good user of MS. Office applications with extra emphasis on MS. Excel. Good Command of English Language.
- Salary: From LE 2000 to LE 2300 net salary based on experience, plus fringe benefits and world class Medical & Life Insurance.
