Job description:
• Manage company’s fleet of commuters ; routing, drivers and regulations
• Administer Maintenance of company’s Auto fleet ; Private cars, trucks and employees commuters
• Budget control and financial management of expenses
• Initiate and maintain a cost reduction program
• Maintain a safe, scheduled and cost rationalized transportation service for employees, properties and materials
• Qualify new service contractors and evaluate the old ones
• HVAC, Lightening and Telephone maintenance and operation
Qualifications:
Years of experience: 4-10 years
Knowledge:
× Any relevant bachelor
Skills ,abilities & behavior :
× Ability to conduct negotiations and make contracts with both companies and contractors
× Ability to work under pressure
× High interpersonal and communication skills
× Leading teams
× Attention to details
× Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English
× Computer Skills: Proficient computer user specially Microsoft Office package
