A leading telecommunication company is seeking FM Engineers with 1-3 years experience with the below job description:
1. Event & Trouble Ticket management accepting, prioritizing & escalating automated network events. Notify service-affecting network events and alarms with mutually agreed procedures, then close the trouble tickets associated with such events
2. First line fault remote Diagnostics & Remote Corrective Actions
3. Provides identification of the appropriated FLM-FO staff to execute appropriate actions
4. Provides reports of alarms & events that have occurred
5. Schedule first line preventative maintenance activities checks, abnormality corrections, adjustments, tests, measurements, internal and external cleaning, surveys, as well as the analysis & replacement/repair of units, boards, components, modules.
6. On site corrective maintenance fix or adjust significant equipment defects and failures
7. Implementation of performance analysis recommendation analyze the network performance and decide the actions to be taken in order to run the network in its optimal conditions.
8. Perform the system configuration rearrangements on-site under the guidance of Back Office support team
9. Spare parts Other instruments & tools, documentation, network security and service quality management.
10. Commitment towards all company QMS & HSE MS
