Title: Executive secretary
Location: Egypt

-Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

-Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.

-File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

-Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.

-Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

-Perform general office duties, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing

-Follow up work with more than one manager and reception, meetings and receive reports and make analysis

-Maintain reservations for air tickets and hotels
-Follow up work with more than one company

• Have excellent organizational skills
• Be able to multi-task while remaining calm and professional
• Be able to work with people at all levels, particularly senior management
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have an excellent command of written English and Arabic
• Be tactful and discreet as could be dealing with confidential information
• Excellent user of MS office(Word-Excel-Power Point)
• Experience from 3 – 5 years
• Speed in writing reports and documents

Prefer candidates from Nasr city – Heliopolis
Prefer experience in Real estate-construction-tourism-hotel companies
