Needed for a Real estate and tourism company:
Network and technical support Engineer
Location:Marsa alam
1.Install,support and maintain network equipment's(switches,firewalls,CPE,etc)
2.Monitor all existing network services and equipment’s, to ensure the network and equipment is properly configured and performing at desired levels at all time
3.Monitor network traffic and usage to insure security and optimization of data flow through the network
4.Analyze,troubleshoot and resolve network problems
5.Documents network problems and resolutions for future reference
6.Implement future IT development and undertake project work
7. Setting up user accounts,permission,passwords,etc
8. Provide technical support for users
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years as network support engineer
-Experience working in cisco environment.strong switch and routing experience is a must
-Managing Ericsson switches knowledge is a plus
-Technical support experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal,communications skills
-Excellent analytically skills
