Description	The Planning Manager uses the Primavera suite of tools to effectively plan and monitor the progress of the project. Also uses the tools to establish systems to effectively track and document and submit baselines, Updates and TIAs Management and direction of the Planning Engineering Team responsible for the establishment and tracking of the project programme and cost control systems.  Establishes effective project management and controls systems that compliment the client's reporting systems and that integrate into the project systems. Monitors, refines and improves the reporting and controls tools as required.  Assists the Project Controls Manager in establishing accurate and complete project progress and cost reporting and project controls deliverables.  Updates the overall programs. Prepares in conjunction with the concerned staff the detailed short-term working programs as necessary, accentuating any revision in the sequences of durations of activities arising from enforced changes being made to the overall program. Checks progress on the above programs by frequent site inspection, and stresses to site supervisors the need to adhere to the required sequences and durations of the scheduled activities. Manages the juniors while developing Baseline schedules from Scratch Supervise performing resource loading and leveling Manage and control cost loading the baseline to generate cash flow diagrams Follow up on the updating schedules Revise claims Analysis Review Construction schedules and reports Supervise Time Impact Analysis Coordinates with Planning engineering team in creating Narrative Reports Over look and supervise the corresponds with Clients to meet their needs Overlook the generated project controls reports in excel Leading conference calls with US clients
Qualifications	Proficient in Primavera (P3 and/or P6) Excellent command of English
Gender	Male or Female
Education major	Civil engineer or Construction management engineer (Masters degree is a plus)
Experience	10+ years of experience in construction and scheduling as a minimum Construction field experience is a plus
Salary (L.E.)	15,000LE
Comments	Working hours from 2 pm to 11 pm Monday to Friday
