Responsibilities:
-Ensure Accurate basic claim Assessment.
-Handling data requests regarding traveling insurance claims.
-Handling emergency evacuations for clients with providers.
-Communicate with providers to resolve clients complains.
-Handling the hotline according to schedule.
-Ensuring accurate payment of claims.
-Handling clients’ requests, queries or complains.
-Ensuring the best service is offered.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Medicine or Pharmaceutical Science is a MUST.
-Up to 1 year of experience within the same field.
-Fluent command of English language.
