“HR Manager”

Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 7-10 years in the same field.

Job Description:
• Manage and guide company and group HR team
• Preparation of training, recruitment, compensation and benefit plans.
• Supervise and review all HR activities
• Issuing key performance indicators per each job role.
• Developing internal controls as required by the business to meet the company’s targets
• Providing logical analysis and explanations on the each entity’s growth,
Performance rate, and profitability of human resources capital regarding to job role cost
versus job role revenue through the use of competencies ratios and comparative data
