Urgently Needed for immediate hiring (Mobile Payment Support Engineer)

- Develop scripts using Powershell , VBscript and bash for routine maintenance on whole system and health checks.
- Handle daily Incident and service requests from End-user raised through Consumer Service Desk.
- Monitor Alerts and Events fired on Monitoring tools and act upon these alerts. 
- Participating on Weekly and Daily calls with Internal support team and vendor
- Perform housekeeping activities and Health checks for production environment.
- Working on review RCA and perform assigned actions come from problem management team.
- Perform Impact assessment review for Change Requests raised through change management on production environment.

Qualifications :
- Graduate from computer science/ Engineering and have at least three years of experience on this field application / system support.
- Skills Powershell , VBscript and bash
- Red Hat Linux or Unix Administration
- Tomcat and Web service
Oracle development PL/SQL is Plus.
