Description	§ Review incident reports and relating investigations. §Fully aware of Safety/ Occupational Safety & Health Professional background, First Aid & Fire Fighting. §Planning & modify policies and procedures to prevent accidents §Directs HSE technician engaged in field and laboratory verification of compliance with health regulations. §Implement and monitor HSE Plans periodically. §Review the compliance and improve HSE Management System for continual improvement with the participation of other departments. §Implement HSE Orientations. §Review related roles on Emergency response. §Conduct preliminary incident investigation. §Implement program for inculcating awareness among employees on HSE related issues §Review, suggest improvement Plans. §Conduct Training for all labors about Safety, Occupational Safety & Health Professional and First Aid & Fire Fighting.
Qualifications	§Must have at least 5 years of experience. § Excellent English. §Very Good in using Ms Office § Strong familiarity HSE management, practices and procedures.
