Description	- This role is responsible for site management of all electrical and mechanical installation, coordination and commissioning, with close coordination with the civil site manager. Responsible for supporting the Project Manager and to execute the effective delivery of the project as per PM@Siemens guidelines Tasks - Manage the electrical installation site to ensure the effective delivery of the project, on time, to budget, ensure all site activities are done in accordance of the health and safety manual - First point of contact at site for owner, engineer, project team and subcontractors with regard to all electrical aspects - In line with the customer communication matrix develop close relationships with specific members of the customer’s organization to support the site management process - Ensure with Electrical Project Site Manager the allocation of necessary installation, test and commissioning resource to fully meet the requirements of the program - Manage and provide a structured environment for site project execution and submit comprehensive work programs to parties involved - Coordinate the administration of delivered material and submit related commercial documents to Project Manager Invoicing / Logistic - Ensure with Electrical Project Site Manager the allocation of necessary test equipment, tools and instruments to meet the site program requirements - Coordinate with Project Manager and Customer technical clarifications
Qualifications	Education - University Degree in Electrical Engineering Knowledge - Complete electrical installation of 132/66 KV substations - Knowledge of all applicable standards - Quality Management Methods - Capability to work and lead in a multinational/multicultural team Experience - Electrical installation process/procedures - Minimum 5 years of work experience in electrical installation of HV/MV substations - Understand and support project and quality management process
