DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Mission: - Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market - Develop and implement plans and strategies to increase sales volume and expand the customer base Working Partners: - Customers, Consultants and Sales Support Team Tasks: - Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales and profitability - Prepare and implements action plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects and new market penetration - Provide timely, accurate, complete information including competitive pricing on all business opportunities submitted for pricing and HQ approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit - Create and conduct product, solution, proposal presentations to customers and consultants - Provide timely, accurate and complete feedback to management regarding market, projects, customer, competitors and own performance - Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team - Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
Education: - University Degree in Engineering or relevant (Integrated Power Solutions) Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Middle East Region - Oil & Gas experience in Integrated Power Solutions - Oil & Gas End User experience - Leadership experience
