•Maintains the company job documentation and job evaluation systems. •Maintains HRIS records and complies reports from database as needed. •Assists in administration of compensation & benefits programs, as required. •Develops and recommends operating standards and procedural improvements. •Assists HR director with various research projects and/or special projects
Strong experience in Payroll. Experience in Salary Surveys. •Very good command in English (both written and spoken). •Must be fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken). •Excellent use of Office application tools •Prior experience working with HRIS •Basic understanding of over all HR functions and Egyptian labor law
Business Administration
