The primary responsibility of the product manager is to successfully develop marketing plans in order to achieve or exceed sales goals for volume and profitability within the unit. The product manager should demonstrate strong management skills in planning, organizing, problem solving and counseling, excellent oral and written communications and an above average ability to effectively interface with orders. The product manager will be directly reporting to the business unit manager.
1) Achieving the agreed sales volume. 2) Designing & Implementing a strong effective marketing plans to achieve long term marketing objectives and sell this strategy to the sales force to ensure a clear and united approach to product promotion. 3) ROI (budget consume verses sales value Develop the appropriate usage of the marketing budget to meet the sales goals in co-ordination with the business unit manager. 4) Develop KOL Visits & coverage of the market. 5) Develop Medical Reps Double Visits. 6) Provide data related to competitors, market and product positioning to the business unit manager as well as the field force team and Work closely with external agencies. 7) Prepare training materials and executes product training for the field force team. 8) Upholding company policies, including the professional conduct policy and prohibition against harassment policy and the business ethics. 9) Weekly Reporting System to the business unit manager.
