| Description | • The identification and implementation of business improvement opportunities and best practice, to the measurable satisfaction of clients. • Development of commercial knowledge and skills within all staff. • Provision of data to assist CCO in appropriate decision making. • Providing a conduit between the business and Legal Department to ensure efficient use of the available resources • Identification of opportunities to improve the financial performance of a project or commission. • Maintain the risk management performance against the agreed budget and business plans implementing remedial plans to correct any areas of underperformance. Financial modeling/management • Business planning, financial control and commercial/risk management to pre-determined targets • The introduction of business initiatives to pre-determined timescales • Provide effective learning and development guidance and support. • Identify skills gaps so that personal development and recruitment activities are tailored to the needs of the business unit and the succession planning requirements. |
| Qualifications | •Above 11 years experience. •University Graduate. •MBA certified is preferable •Educational Background: Relevant Bachelor Degree. •Excellent command of Arabic and English Language. •Good command of French is preferable. •Business and Marketing diploma is required. •Excellent computer skills •Able to prepare and allocate financial resources in different activities and projects to make a plan & budget. •Able to achieve goals by managing the budget and other financial resources as per plan. •Consistently takes a broad-scale long-term view of challenges and opportunities and develops key strategies to •Ability to effectively negotiate with vendors, contractors, etc. to obtain the most cost effective prices and contract terms. •Good Knowledge Of Governmental Regulations concerning the industry |
