•Develop and implement a focused relationship, marketing and sales strategy for FI‘s in Egypt. •Build senior level relationships with customers •To meet the revenue targets established for the portfolio. •Manage the credit process and ensure effective monitoring of outstanding credit. •To lead the team to ensure close working relationship with operations, product and credit teams. •To ensure franchise interests and reputation is protected. •To develop the FI team members.
At least 12/14 years with a large bank and at least 5 years covering FI’s and/ or in corporate sales, product and/or marketing roles. High level of credit and corporate product knowledge. Regional experience. Is familiar with market dynamics in the region. Understands and is cognizant of local regulations. Self motivated and proactive approach to relationship management. A post graduate in finance Regional banking experience is essential
10-15 Years.
Significant experience in Banking, with a large proportion of experience having been spent in the front office. Regional experience and existing FI relationships. Demonstrable leadership skills Excellent relationship skills. Product knowledge across corporate banking products and specifically in FI’s. Credit knowledge. Team Player – ability to work in a Matrix organization across different cultures. Good people and presentation skills.
