• Answers incoming calls and directs calls correctly. • Takes and delivers messages. • Welcomes customers and visitors and directing them appropriately. • Checks fax machine for incoming faxes and delivers to appropriate personnel. • May type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. • General office duties as assigned.
• Excellent English Language. • 1-2 years of office and clerical experience or customer service experience.
1 - 2 Years.
• Excellent communication (verbal and listening) on phone and in person. • Pleasant phone voice with proper grammar spoken. • Ability to work with a variety of individuals including clients, employees and applicants. • Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word and Outlook. • Ability to multi-task and change directives quickly. • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced office environment is essential.
