Install and configure computer systems. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Troubleshoot system and network problems, also diagnose and solve hardware/ software faults. Find solutions to problems through creating a desktop shortcut or fixing a major fault on the operating system. Replace parts as required. Provide support including procedural and documentation. Follow diagrams and written instructions, repair a fault or set up a system. Support new applications. Set up new users. Test and evaluate new technology.
University degree preferably in Computer Science. From 1 to 3 years of experience as a technical support or helpdesk. Excellent Command of both Spoken and Written English language. Ability to work under stress.
