Troubleshoot problems with computers or similar products. Deal with software specific needs, such as updates and bug-fixes. Set up and configure computers for new users and repair software or hardware issues. Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Oversee the daily performance of computer systems. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
University degree preferably in Computer Science. From 1 to 3 years of experience as a technical support or helpdesk. Excellent Command of both Spoken and Written English language. Ability to work under stress.
