• Prepare and review the school’s grants’ budgets, using the SAP system. • Review the grants’ monthly and quarterly financial reports before sending them to the sponsors. • Insure that all grants’ expenses are compliant with the budgets and obtain approvals if any extraordinary items arise. • Prepare the required financial transfers to cover shortage in line budgets. • Issue general payment requests for vendor invoices, and regular payments. • Manage the filling system for the grants reports and payment requests. • Prepare travel requests, travel arrangements, and any administrative work related to the grants. • Reconcile all expenditures with the SAP reports. • Settlement of advances of faculty members and staff. • Responds to school questions or requests for information, investigating problems and issues that arise with grants data. • Carries out any other tasks assigned by the Grants Accounting Manager.
Education: • Bachelors degree in accounting, business, finance, or other related field. Experience: • 2-4 years of experience in Accounting. Skills: • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Excellent command of English language • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
