| Description | Receive goods or consignments from company suppliers and check it against POS reporting variances or discrepancies. Ensures functions of the materials local and foreign purchasing, importation, effective management processes. Arranges for the storage of the materials in quarantine, coordinates Q.C. inspection, ensuring all processes are done according to the best “Know-How” and the company rules and regulations. • Completes documentation cycle in line with the established Oracle System Guidelines. • Manage materials and goods transactions according to company rules and regulations. • Ensures continuous/periodical updated inventory is carried out. • Ensures safe & secure effective warehouse practices are followed. |
