• Coordinate Department Manager’s incoming/outgoing calls. • Schedule and arrange meetings for Department Manager as required. • Coordinate and arrange Department Manager’s business trips. • Receive and route all correspondences/mails etc. through Department Manager including follow-up as required. • Follow-up with other division’s manager’s pending plans and/or commitments. • Perform Secretarial jobs including but not limited to typing, filing, receive, dispatch and distribute mails, correspondences, faxes etc. • Ensure house-keeping in the Dept. Office and maintain proper filing system. • Be courteous and professional in answering client calls and queries. • Booking of tickets as well as co-ordination to collect passports/work permits etc. • Prepares Agenda and Minutes Meeting • Determines routing, signatures required and maintains follow up. • In charge of functions of the Company i.e. Company Anniversary & Lunch & Dinner functions• Update of Company functions & personal photo albums. • Coordinates Birthdays of office staff. • Perform such other jobs that may be assigned to you by the Department Manager from time to time 
1. University Graduate 2. Experience with oil & gas companies is much preferable
3 - 5 Years.
