A Training and Consulting company Located in Maadi is hiring Sales Development Specialist

Job Description:
•Act as the key resource for creating Customer Value through establishing long-term customer relationships that lead to increase overall sales and profitability for the company.
•Achieve monthly and annual training sales targets.
•Lead all aspects of the sales process, while calling upon other company sales resources to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by Management.
•Responsible for selling the company’s training and consulting services to targeted, possible customers.
•Work thoroughly on opening new market opportunities for the company services specifically in the Egyptian Market.
•Refer opportunities and develop plans for growth in products and services to other company sales resources as appropriate.
•Develop and maintain positive customer relationship to serve the customer needs.
•Making phones calls, face-to-face meetings, writing proposals, following up and closing deals.

Job Requirements and Skills:
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Sales Field and preferably in Corporate Training industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can handle multitasks and follow them effectively.
• Able to draw a successful Sales Plans and apply them effectively.
• Self-motivated, willing for career growth.
• Dynamic Team Player.
• Presentable with superb Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
• Owns a car is highly preferable.
• Has a valid passport.
