Description	8+ years’ experience as a sector manager selling IT solutions to enterprise customers including: hardware, software, and services. Ability to lead sales account managers towards target achievement Duties & Responsibilities: Assists in the annual sales target planning process Develop sector sales plan to meet sales and revenue targets Assigns responsibilities and targets to Sales Reps/Account Managers and follow-up on targets to ensure individual and group target achievement. Daily/weekly follow-up on sales team activities Provide weekly sales forecasts and pipeline update reports Provide monthly sales forecasts vs. actual sales reports Present the company and related solutions within assigned sectors and/or named accounts Ensure Sales Reps/Account Managers are managing their accounts and customers Assist Sales Reps/Account Managers in closing large deals Building long term relationship with strategic clients and/or prospects Monitor & analyze competition activities within assigned sectors to retain and increase existing market share and customer base Analyzes and appraises Sales Reps/Account Managers
Qualifications	Strong background on the IT & Telecommunication sectors B.Sc. of Telecommunication/Computer Engineering or Business administration Customer focused with ability of building & maintaining relationships Adaptable & Results oriented Excellent prospecting, negotiation and closing sales techniques Strong leadership skills Strong negotiations skills Ownership and Decision making Strong communications skills
